Special Kind Of Pizza Recipe

Buzz this
Here is a more special kind of pizza which for some might turn out to be even tastier than the usual.

To prepare the dough, you will need to mix 3 and ¼ cups of flour, salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, half a cup of cornmeal and 2 and ¼ teaspoons of instant yeast in a large bowl.

Use the mixer on low speed for about one minute then continue mixing for about two minutes, after you have added 3 tablespoons of melted butter and 1 and ¼ cups of warm water.

Raise the speed and mix until the dough has a soft consistence, that will take about 5 minutes. Put the dough in a bowl you have coated with olive oil and let it raise at a medium temperature (in the kitchen) for about an hour.

In the meantime, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, add onion, half a teaspoon of dried oregano and salt; when onion is getting golden, then add 2 garlic cloves (pressed or finely cut), 1 crushed tomato and a quarter of teaspoon of sugar and boil at medium heat for about half an hour. Put in some salt, oil and seasoning.

Heat the oven at 425 degrees and roll the dough until it reaches 15 on 12 inches. Spread softened butter on top and form medium balls from it then return them in the bowl and let them rise in the fridge for about one hour.

After you have oiled the pans, roll the dough to fit their sizes, add two cups of mozzarella, one and a quarter cups of tomato sauce on top and two tablespoons of Parmesan.

Bake for half an hour and let the pizza cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
